Can I edit my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please ensure all customizations and details are correct before completing your purchase.

Do you offer customs?

Custom orders are currently closed, but you can subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when they reopen. Thank you for your interest!

Can I return my items?

Custom Items
All custom items are final sale. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or do not match your invoice. To start a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items
Non-custom RTS items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in good, unwashed, and unworn condition, including all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Items such as swimwear, underwear, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Socks, tights, and hair accessories (e.g., headbands, hair ties).
  • Seasonal or holiday-specific items that are no longer relevant.
  • Any clothing that has been washed, worn, altered, or returned without its original packaging.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items typically ship within 5 business days of purchase. For made-to-order or custom items, please allow 10–12 weeks for production. Once these items arrive at our storefront, they will ship within 5 business days.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate address changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's status and estimated delivery date through the USPS website.
