Order Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items: RTS items are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after purchase.

Made-to-Order and Custom Items: These items require 10–12 weeks for production unless otherwise stated in the product description. Once they arrive at our storefront, they will be shipped within 5 business days.
Shipping Rates and Locations

We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $6 for all orders within the United States.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150 within the U.S.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment on the USPS website. If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected timeframe, please contact us at lilahs.corner.llc@gmail.com.
Combining RTS and Custom Items For optimal processing and shipping times, please purchase RTS and custom items in separate transactions. Orders containing both RTS and custom items will ship together once the custom items are completed, which may delay delivery.
Delivery Address Changes Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate delivery address changes after an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure accuracy.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items While we take care to ensure your order arrives safely, we recommend inspecting your package upon receipt. If your order is lost, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at lilahs.corner.llc@gmail.com. For damaged items, we may require photos to assist with claims.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are committed to serving our U.S. customers and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Holiday and Seasonal Delays Please note that shipping times may be extended during holidays or busy seasons. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
