We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent return process. Please review our updated policies below:

Return Policy

  • Custom Items: Custom items, personalized orders, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for custom items if they are defective or do not match your invoice. To start a return for these cases, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be shipped back within 7 days in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

  • Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items: Non-custom RTS items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, including all original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Same condition as received (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

  • Tags and original packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at lilahs.corner.llc@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at lilahs.corner.llc@gmail.com so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products, including personalized or monogrammed items.

  • Intimate apparel such as swimwear, underwear, and similar items for hygiene reasons.

  • Socks, tights, and hair accessories (e.g., headbands, hair ties).

  • Seasonal or holiday-specific items that are no longer relevant.

  • Items marked as “final sale.”

  • Gift cards.

  • Items returned in a condition different from their original state (e.g., washed, worn, or without original packaging).

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return, and once approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above (unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase).

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
