Welcome to Lilah's Corner. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

General

Lilah's Corner reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein.

Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.

In the event an item becomes unavailable or fails to meet minimum production requirements, customers will receive a refund for the affected item(s).

Preorders and Estimated Arrival Dates

Many items sold by Lilah's Corner are preorder items.

All Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Manufacturing schedules, customs processing, international freight, weather events, labor shortages, and carrier delays may affect arrival times.

Lilah's Corner will provide updates regarding preorder items through our website updates page and Facebook VIP Group, with updates generally posted weekly on Fridays.

Customers understand that delays may occur and agree that such delays do not constitute grounds for chargebacks or claims of misrepresentation, provided the customer is kept reasonably informed and offered remedies required by applicable law.

If Lilah's Corner determines that a preorder item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time, or cannot be produced at all, customers will be offered a refund.

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise noted, orders containing multiple items will not ship until all items included in the order have been received by Lilah's Corner.

Customers wishing to receive Ready-to-Ship items separately from preorder items, or items with differing ETAs, should place separate orders.

Shipping timelines quoted by Lilah's Corner begin once merchandise has been received by Lilah's Corner and prepared for shipment.

Transit times provided by carriers are estimates only and are outside of Lilah's Corner's control.

Custom, Personalized, and Handmade Items

Custom, personalized, embroidered, and handmade products are made specifically for the customer and are considered final sale.

Because these items are individually produced, slight variations in size, stitching, placement, fabric pattern, trim, color, embroidery, and dye lots are normal and are not considered defects.

Natural characteristics and minor irregularities are inherent to handmade goods and contribute to their uniqueness.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable law for products that arrive materially damaged or materially different from what was ordered.

Product Images and Colors

We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, colors and appearance may vary due to monitor settings, photography, lighting, printing methods, and dye lot variations.

Minor differences between product photographs and the received product are normal and do not constitute defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should carefully review their order before completing checkout.

Requests for cancellations, address changes, or modifications will be accommodated whenever possible, but cannot be guaranteed once production has begun or an order has entered fulfillment.

Custom and personalized items generally cannot be canceled once production has started.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible return requests must comply with the return policy posted on this website.

Items arriving damaged, defective, or materially different from the ordered product should be reported within seven (7) days of delivery and accompanied by photographs when possible.

Lilah's Corner reserves the right to repair, replace, exchange, or refund eligible items at its discretion, consistent with applicable law.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or minor variations inherent to handmade products are not considered defects.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside the control of Lilah's Corner.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and contact the carrier regarding delivery issues.

If a package is lost in transit, Lilah's Corner will work with the customer and the carrier to seek an appropriate resolution.

Lilah's Corner is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order records, shipment information, communications, and acknowledgment of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this section limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lilah's Corner's liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product.

Lilah's Corner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from delays, interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, website content, and branding associated with Lilah's Corner are the property of Lilah's Corner and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
